Getting Started

All properties go through a review process before being listed. Agents and landlords must verify their identity through Smile Identity (NIN + selfie). Landlords can also submit ownership documents (C of O, Deed of Assignment) for an additional verification badge.

Yes! Browsing, searching, and applying for properties is completely free for tenants. You only pay when you're ready to move forward with a lease — application fees and rent are paid securely via Paystack.

A landlord owns the property. An agent (manager) manages the property on behalf of the landlord. Landlords can self-manage or assign an agent. Agents can manage properties for multiple landlords.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment gateway. We support bank transfers, card payments, and USSD. Your money is secure and traceable.

Refund eligibility depends on the property's cancellation policy and the type of payment. You can request a refund from your dashboard. Our team reviews all requests within 2-3 business days.

Listings & Bookings

Yes! Properties can be listed as long-term rentals, shortlets (short stays), or both. Shortlets support nightly pricing, instant booking, and flexible cancellation policies.

We currently cover Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu, Benin City, Kaduna, Kano, and other major Nigerian cities. We're expanding rapidly.

Verified agents and landlords get their listings auto-approved and live instantly. Unverified users' listings go through a manual review which typically takes 1-2 business days.
