We use Smile Identity for NIN-based identity verification. Your NIN and selfie are processed by Smile Identity under their privacy policy. We store verification status but do not retain raw biometric data on our servers.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card details. Paystack handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

We share your information only with:

• Property agents and landlords (limited contact details for lease purposes)
• Smile Identity (for verification)
• Paystack (for payment processing)
• AWS (for hosting and file storage)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Lease records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
